摘要
为了研究高种植密度对玉米不同叶位光合特性的影响,本文以郑单958为材料,研究了种植密度对不同叶位叶片光合特性的影响。结果表明,灌浆期第3叶(基部往上计数)叶绿素a(Chla)含量明显低于第6、9叶,随着种植密度的升高,9.0万株·hm-2处理的第3叶叶绿素降解明显。叶绿素荧光数据表明,第3叶的Fo明显高于第6、9叶;而第3叶的Fv/Fm、PI和ETo/ABS明显低于第6叶和第9叶;随着种植密度的升高,第3叶的Fv/Fm、PI和ETo/ABS逐渐降低。玉米基部第3叶的净光合速率(Pn)和光饱和点(LSP)均随着种植密度的升高,呈现快速降低的趋势,而第6、9叶变化不明显。高种植密度条件下,不同叶位叶片的光合特性差异显著。种植密度愈高,第3叶的ETo/ABS和叶绿素含量下降明显;与第6、9叶相比,第3叶的Pn和LSP均处于较低的水平,试验结果表明高种植密度对郑单958下位叶(第3叶以下)光合特性有较强的影响,对第6、9叶的光合特性影响较小。本试验为郑单958种植密度的确定以及耐密植玉米新品种的筛选提供了检测方法。
To evaluate effects of different plant density on the photosynthetic characters of maize leaves at different leaf position,Zhengdan 958 was chosen as the material in this study. Results indicated that the content of chloropylla( Chla) for the third leaf is lower than that of the 6thand 9thleaf. Withincreasing of the plant density,the total chloroplast content of the third leaf showed significant degradation when the density was 90000 plants per hectare. At the same time,the chlorophyll fluorescence data showed that Fo of the third leaf was greater than that of the 6thand 9thleaf at the same plant density,while the Fv / Fm,PI and ETo / ABS was lower than that of the 6thand 9thleaf. With the increasing of density,the Fv/ Fm,PI and ETo /ABS gradually decreased. The Pn and LSP of the third leaf appear dramatic decline with the increasing of plant density,while the related parameters of the sixth and ninth leaf showed no significant changes. The photosynthetic characters of leaves at different position presented significant difference in the high plant density. The ETo / ABS and chloropyll content of the third leaf decreased significantly with the plant density increasing. Contrast to the 6th and 9th leaf, LSP( light saturation point) and Pn of the third leaf decreased significantly. These above- mentioned results suggest that high plant density had a strong impact on the photosynthetic characters of the third leaf,while little impact on the 6th and 9th leaf. The result is a useful tool for the determination of the plant density of Zhengdan958 and the screening of the maize variety to high density tolerance.
