摘要
过敏性紫癜(HSP)是儿童时期最常见的系统性血管炎症,对疾病的治疗选择直接决定病程及预后,尤其针对重要脏器损害的治疗。目前国际国内缺乏行之有效的HSP治疗共识,早期诊断、采取以对症治疗为主的综合性治疗方案、预防严重并发症的发生是关键。
Henoch SchSnlein purpura （HSP） is the most com- mon systemic vasculitis in childhood, and the course and prog- nosis of this disease are due to treatment selection, especially in vital organ damage. There is still lack of consensus on the treatment of HSP. Early diagnosis, comprehensive symptomat- ic treatment and complications prevention are crucial points in HSP management.
