摘要
目的:观察温肾泄浊汤治疗中老年男性无症状高尿酸血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:60例高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例;对照组采用二妙丸治疗,治疗组采用温肾泄浊汤治疗,疗程6周。观察两组治疗前后指标变化,包括血尿酸(SUA),肝肾功能中的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr),血脂中的三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、脂蛋白α[Lp(α)]、空腹血糖(FPG)。结果 :治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组SUA均有下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),组间比较无统计学差异;治疗后Lp(α)的下降治疗组较治疗前有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组无统计学意义;治疗后TG、CHOL、LDL、GLU、ALT、Cr的下降均无统计学意义,HDL的上升差异无统计学意义。两组均无明显不良反应。结论:温肾泄浊汤治疗中老年男性无症状高尿酸血症疗效确切,安全性良好。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction in the treat- ment of asymptomatic hyperuricemia of middle and old aged males. Methods ：Totally 60 cases were divided randomly into two groups： control group in which 30 cases were treated by Ermiao pill,and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction,with a course of 6 weeks. Serum uric acid （SUA）, alanine transaminase （ALT）, creatinine （Cr）, Triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （CHOL）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL）,lipoprotein（α）[Lp（α）] and fasting plasma glucose（FPG） were observed. Results： After treatment,the total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 70% and 46.7% respectively,with a significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment SUA were all reduced in both groups（P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）. There was not a significant difference after treatment between the groups（P〉0.05）. In the treatment group, Lp （α） was obviously decreased （P〈 0.05 ）. In the control group, Lp （α） was also decreased （P〉0.05）. The TG ,CHOL,LDL,GLU,ALT and Cr of the two groups were decreased,but there were not significant differ- ences after treatment. After treatment HDL were all increased,there were not significant differences. Two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion：Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction has positive effects on asymptomatic hyperuricemia,without apparent toxic side effects.
