摘要
采用中压、特大直径DN3400 mm柱形离子交换设备,可节约占地面积及投资,提高设备的运行周期。田湾核电站凝结水精处理系统拟采用国产首台中压、大直径DN3400 mm柱形离子交换设备,为确保使用安全,就该设备模拟运行工况下的布水均匀性、树脂输出率和混合树脂分离率等3项指标,进行了出厂前的运行特性考核试验。试验结果表明,该国产中压、大直径DN3400 mm柱形离子交换设备各项指标满足机组设计要求。该设备的制造成功,为大容量、高参数核电机组凝结水精处理系统大直径离子交换器实现国产化提供了参考。
Using the DN3400mm columnar ion exchange equipment of medium pressure and extra large diameter saves the land space and investment, and extends the operation cycle. The first domestically-made large diameter DN3400mm cylindrical ion exchange equipment is proposed to be applied to the condensate polishing treatment system of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station. In order to ensure the safe use, three simulation tests of water distribution uniformity, resin output rate and separation rate of mixed resins are conducted before delivery. The results show that the equipment meets the requirements for the nuclear power generating units. Its success can be a reference for realizing the localization of large condensate purification ion exchangers with large dimensions and high parameters.
