摘要
某款发动机在试验中发现怠速时高压油泵噪声大,影响了NVH性能。通过分析高压油泵结构和测量数据表明,噪声来源为油泵工作时溢流阀开关时所产生的撞击声。针对该问题,采取加装隔声罩和增加ECU内部的降噪策略实现降噪。试验结果表明:加装隔声罩盖能够降低噪声1.63 d B(A);开启降噪策略后,高压油泵的噪声降低1.47 d B(A),通过优化策略,噪声进一步降低2.08 d B(A)。
High pressure fuel pump noise was found during engine experiment at idle speed and NVH performance was affected. The pump structure and measured data were analyzed. Noise was found come from the impact when overflow valve opens and closes. Two measures were brought into experiment to reduce the noise. Sound insulation cover and noise reduction strategy were used. The result shows that, compared with the original noise level, sound insulation cover can reduce 1.63 dB (A) of the noise. 1.47 dB (A) was reduced when the condition of noise reduction strategy opened. According to optimized data in the strategy, 2.08 dB (A) was reduced.
