全文阐述了辽宁省肿瘤医院通过建立人才培养基金、拔尖人才库、学术与科研交流平台等多层次的人才培养体系,不断完善科技奖励、绩效考核机制,促进了人才队伍建设,增强了科技创新能力,推动了医院可持续发展。
The multilevel talent training system in Liaoning Cancer Hospital including talent cultivation funds,top-notch talent pool,communication platform of academic and research,and so on which is done to promote the construction of talent team,to enhance the ability of innovation of science and technology and to promote the sustainable development through improving award of science and technology and the performance appraisal system constantly in Liaoning Cancer Hospital.
