摘要
档案利用服务体系在国家公共服务体系中具有重要的基础性地位。在国家公共服务体系中,最基本的记录信息均与档案有关。对国家公共服务体系提供的服务,进行评价评估,以及服务过程中产生的问题与矛盾的解决,均需要利用档案,依据档案。档案利用服务在国家公共服务体系建设中是档案工作的根本目的,是发挥档案作用、实现档案价值的主要渠道,有助于推动"档案社会利用观"的形成,是检验整个档案工作的标尺,也是推动档案工作的动力,还是开展公共文化服务的具体体现。
The utilization service system in the country＇s public service system possesses an important foundational sta- tus.
