摘要
对"海带中碘含量的检测"的实验从海带炭化前的处理,炭化处理,碘的析出,碘的含量的测定等环节进行了改进,较完全地将碘从海带中提取出来,在减少海带用量的基础上,使得实验现象更加明显,大大提高了实验的成功率。
This paper reports the improved method of the determination of iodine content from Laminaria Japonica. Iodine can be obtained fairly completely by optimizing the method of the pretreatment of Laminaria Japonica, carbonization of Laminaria Japonica, precipitation of iodine and determination of iodine content in Laminaria Japonica. The improved experiment makes the experimental phenomenon more obvious, which is much easier to finish the process successfully with less dose of Laminaria Japonica.
