摘要
采用沉积-沉淀法制备了一系列不同Ag2S负载量的CdS/Ag2S复合光催化剂,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、紫外-可见光谱等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,CdS/Ag2S系列样品的颗粒粒径小于CdS的颗粒粒径。以可见光为光源,考察了Ag2S负载量对CdS/Ag2S系列样品的光催化性能的影响。结果表明,当Ag2S负载量为10.0%、反应时间为220min时,罗丹明B的降解率达到最高,为71%。CdS/Ag2S复合光催化剂能够显著减少光生电子-空穴对的重新结合次数,因此其光催化降解罗丹明B的能力要高于CdS。
Series of CdS/Ag2 S composite photocatalysts with different Ag2 S concentrations were prepared by the precipitationgrinding method.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,UV-visible spectroscopy,and photoluminescence spectroscopy.The catalyst particle size of CdS/Ag2 S was proved to be smaller than the catalyst particle size of CdS.The reaction system was set under visible light irradiation to study the influence to the photocatalytic performance of CdS/Ag2 S with different condentration of Ag2 S.The CdS/Ag2 S composite photocatalyst with the weight of 10.0%concentration of Ag2 S showed the highest photocatalytic activity and the degradation of Rhodamine B was71%.The presence of Ag2 S also restrained the recombination rate of e-/h+pairs.The photocatalytic activity of degradation of Rhodamine B was significantly improving.
