摘要
目的:总结1例胰腺假性囊肿囊内出血导致截瘫患者的围手术期护理经验,并对其相关性因素分析探讨胰腺假性囊肿囊内出血导致截瘫患者围手术期的护理方法。方法:主要护理措施术前护理包括心理护理及术前准备,术后护理重视并发症的观察及护理,引流管的护理,皮肤护理,泌尿系护理,下肢康复护理以及出院指导。结果:围手术期精心治疗及护理患者未出现并发症,24天自行下地行走,37天痊愈出院。结论:围手术期间,多学科护理会诊的实施以及给予早期双下肢体康复护理对防止并发症和自行下地行走可起到积极的作用,从而提高了生存质量,减轻家庭和社会负担。
Objective： Summary 1 pancreatic pseudocyst capsule hemorrhage cause perioperative nursing experience paraplegics,and analyzed the correlation factors of pancreatic pseudocyst capsule hemorrhage cause paraplegia patients undergoing surgical nursing period.Methods： Former major nursing care before surgery including psychological care and preoperative preparati on,postoperative complications and nursing care attention to drainage tube care,skin care,urinary tract care,lower limb rehabilitation care and discharge instructions.Results： Perioperative careful treatment and care of patients with no complications,24 days to walk on their own,37 days cured.Conclusion： Perioperative period,the implementation of multi-disciplinary care consultation and give an early double at physical rehabilitation care to prevent complications and to walk on their own can play an active role,thus improving the quality of life and reduce the burden on families and society.
