摘要
目的:观察藻酸盐银离子敷料对复杂伤口的疗效。方法:对一例临床腰部烫伤合并感染的伤口进行藻酸盐银离子换药处置,观察藻酸盐银离子敷料的疗效。结果:经久不愈的伤口在藻酸盐银离子敷料的作用下,逐渐愈合。结论:藻酸盐银离子敷料能有效的促进伤口愈合,减轻患者痛苦。
Objective： Observation of silver ion alginate dressings on the curative effect of complex wound. Methods： The case of clinical burn infection wound waist alginate dressing disposal of silver ions,Observe the curative effect of silver ion alginate dressings.Results： Is not more the wound under the action of silver ion in alginate dressings,Gradually heal.Conclusion： Silver ion alginate dressings can effectively promote the wound healing,reducing patient pain.
