数控强化研磨喷射路径自动生成系统的开发

摘要 为解决当前强化研磨设备加工过程中研磨时间长,自动化程度低、劳动强度大等问题,建立了数控强化研磨喷射路径自动生成系统。文章先从原理上阐述强化研磨加工方法对工件表面质量的影响,然后介绍了在Visual Basic上运用Power Mill的二次开发功能,结合模块化理念进行开发的方法,并着重介绍HUST数控系统后处理器的制作过程。实例研究结果表明通过设定强化研磨相关工艺参数,该系统能够自动生成满足工艺要求的喷射路径,产生相应G代码,提高加工效率。 When there is many problems of the current strengthening and polishing equipment,such as long grinding time,low degree of automation and high labor intensity,should be thought about;thus this paper developed numerical control strengthening and polishing Jet path automatic generation system. Firstly this paper elaborated from the principle of strengthening and polishing effect on the quality of the workpiece surface, and then introduced the application of the two secondary development function of PowerMill on the Visual Basic, combined with the method of modular concept for development, and emphatically introduced the production process of HUST postprocessor. The results of the example indicate that the system can automatically generate the jet path meeting process requirements, generate the corresponding G code,and improve processing efficiency by setting the related strengthening and polishing parameters.
