摘要
基于知识产权相关理论,以科技资源为主体,以科技资源共享的知识产权管理与服务内涵为基础,剖析科技资源在共享过程中的知识产权管理与服务诉求,探究科技资源共享的知识产权管理与服务模式及其形成机理,旨在促进对科技资源的利用与保护,并为其在共享中更有效地提升价值、整合协同以发挥最大效用提供理论参考。
In view of the IP relevant theories, this article is based on the connotation of IP management and service of tech- nological resources. It analyses the appeal of IP protection while sharing the technological resources. It explores the mode and mechanism through the IP management and service in order to provide a theoretical reference in promoting the conservation of intellectual rights and integrating the resources more effectively.
