摘要
目的:观察掩饰性正畸治疗成人高角骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形的临床疗效。方法:采用直丝弓矫治技术,对15例成人高角骨性Ⅱ类患者进行代偿性治疗,并对其治疗前后头颅定位侧位片进行测量分析。结果:治疗前后U1/SN减小(11.80±10.72)°,L1/MP减小(9.33±6.47)°,(P<0.01);L6/MP增加(4.67±7.40)°,(P<0.05);SN/MP减小(1.80±3.14)°,OP/SN减小(4.20±4.20)°,(P<0.05);U1-PP增加(1.07±4.18)mm,(P>0.05);L1-MP增加(0.27±5.60)mm,(P>0.05);U6-PP增加(0.33±4.51)mm(P>0.05);L6-MP增加(0.67±1.27)mm,(P>0.05)。结论:高角骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形通过掩饰性治疗后,牙合平面、下颌平面逆时针旋转,上下颌切牙明显内收,磨牙及切牙垂直高度得到较好控制。
Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the treatment effects of camouflaged orthodontic technique in the treatment of skeletal Class Ⅱ high-angle malocclusions in adult. Method: 15 skeletal class II high-angle patients were chosen based on the criteria included into this study and treated by straight wire appliance technology. The cephalometric X-ray films were measured, Result:Cephalometric analysis showed that U1/SN decreased by (11.80± 10.72) ° and L1 / MP decreased by (9.33±6.47) ° (P 〈0.01). L6 / MP increased by (4.67±7.40)° (P 〈0.05) ,SN / MP decreased by (1.80±3.14) °.Op / SN decreased by (4.20±4.20) ° (P 〈0.01),U1-PP increased by (1.07±4.18)mm (P 〉0.05), L1-MP increased by (0.27±5.60)mm (P 〉0.05),U6-PP increased by (0.33±4.51)mm (P 〉0.05) and L6-MP increased by (0.67 ±1.27)mm (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: After treatment of camouflaged orthodontic technique in the treatment of skeletal Class Ⅱ high-angle malocciusions in adult,occlusal plane rotated anti-clockward, upper and lower anterior tooth was retracted obviously and the vertical height of molar and incisor showed no significant changes.
