摘要
采用超声波与原位聚合的方法,制备聚吡咯/涤纶复合导电织物.研究掺杂偶联剂对导电织物表面电阻的影响,利用汽蒸以及浸轧的后处理方法提高聚吡咯与涤纶织物的结合牢度.采用表面电阻测试、电磁屏蔽效能测试、耐洗性能测试等对复合导电织物进行表征.研究结果表明:汽蒸和浸轧后处理方法能明显增强复合导电织物的耐洗牢度,洗涤之后的表面电阻可以控制在100Ω以内,掺杂偶联剂的导电织物洗涤后的电磁屏蔽效能最高达到40 dB.
In this paper, a polypyrrole/polyester conductive composite fabric was prepared using ul- trasonic wave and in-situ polymerization method. The influence of doping coupling agent on the sur- face electrical resistance of the conductive fabric was investigated. To improve the binding strength between polypyrrole and polyester, a post-processing procedure including steaming and padding was employed. The surface electrical resistance, electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and washing-re- sisting of the composite conductive fabric were tested. The results showed that the post-processing procedure could significantly enhance the washing-resisting. After washing, the surface electrical re- sistance could be controlled below 100 Ω and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness could reach up to 40 dB upon doping with coupling agents.
