摘要
目的探讨超声引导下对四肢长、短骨骨折断端麻醉以及手术复位的临床作用。方法本研究选取2012年6月至2014年6月我院接收治疗的39例闭合性四肢长、短骨折患者,通过超声引导下对四肢长、短骨骨折断端麻醉以及手法复位。结果所有患者中优良者25例、占总患者的64.10%,基本满意者有11例,占28.20%,基本未恢复者3例,占7.69%。结论超声能清晰显示骨折的部位以及骨折错位的距离及畸形的角度,并且在超声引导下可反复多次观察,提高了手法的针对性,克服了在X线监视下需经常改变肢体位置的诸多不便,并且无辐射性,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of limbs under ultrasound guidance for the long and short ends of bone fracture clinical effects of anesthesia and surgical reset. Methods This study selected 39 cases of blunt limbs long and short fracture patients from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital to receive treatment trader ultrasound guidance by long limbs, short bone fracture fragments anesthesia and manual reduction. Results All patients were excellent in 25 cases, accounting for 64.10% of patients, there are 11 cases were basically satisfied, accounting for 28.20%, basically those three cases did not recover, accounting for 7.69%. Conclusion Ultrasound can clearly show the fracture site and the distance and angle of deformity fracture dislocation, and may repeatedly observed under ultrasotmd guidance to improve the practices targeted at overcoming the need to frequently change the X-ray monitor many physical location inconvenience, and no radiation resistance, worthy of promotion.
