摘要
全面从严治党就是要依据宪法、党章和纪律对党员进行严管,对违法违纪行为严查严处、严惩严办。在当前全面从严治党的形势下,腐败行为有所收敛但手段更为隐蔽,非典型性腐败增多,滋生腐败的土壤依然存在,不敢腐、不能腐的体制机制尚未全面建立。我们必须继续保持惩治腐败的高压态势,加大对非典型性腐败的研究、预防、查处和打击,不断完善反腐败的体制机制,进一步加强对公职人员的思想教育,大力开展廉政文化建设以营造风清气正的社会生态。
Strict administration of the Party means supervising Party members strictly in accordance with the Constitution, the Party constitution and disciplines. No tolerance should be given to activities against the law and disciplines. Under the current situation of strict administration of the Party, instances of corruption are not so frequently found but are better hidden. Corrup-tion untypical in form is on the rise, soil breeding corruption remaining unmoved, the mechanism restricting corruption still to be built. Severe pressure must be kept exerted on corruption, and more researches, preventions, investigations, and attacks should be done against untypical corruption. Anti-corruption mechanisms must be continually perfected, public servants ideo-logically educated, so that a social environment of clean governance can be realized.
