摘要
本文论述了手术室的护理工作不能仅限于配合手术等单纯的技术操作,也应该注重手术患者的人文关怀,掌握沟通技巧。在进行各项护理操作过程中,都要以患者为中心开展,尊重患者的权利,服务于患者。把对患者的关怀作为一切护理工作的出发点和归宿,真正实现手术全过程整体化护理。手术室整体护理模式的有效实施将会提高患者就医满意度,把我们的工作由被动护理转变为主动护理。
