摘要
目的探讨HLA-DRBI、HLA-DQB1基因多态性与胃癌的关联。方法利用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应(PCR—SSP)技术对38例胃癌患者染色体进行HLA-DRB1、HLA-DQB1基因分型并进行基因平衡(Hardy-Weinberg)分析,对照组为200例健康个体,通过统计学方法比较两组数据各位点基因频率有无统计学意义。结果实验组HLA—DRB1、HLA—DQB1基因分布情况符合遗传规律(P〉0.05),HLA-DRB1*09基因频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其余位点基因频率实验组与对照组无统计学意义。结论HLA-DRB1*09可能为胃癌的抑制基因。
Objective To explore the association between gastric cancer and genetic polymorphism of HLA-DRB1 and HLA-DQB1. Methods Polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primer(PCR-SSP) was applied to analyze HLA-DRB1 and HLA-DQB1 genotypes in 38 patients with gastric cancer Hardy-Weinberg balance was tested 200 healthy people were collected as control group. The difference between the two groups in frequency of genes was analyzed. Results The gene distribution of HLA-DRB1 and HLA-DQB1 was consistent with hereditary rules( P 〉 0.05 ). The gene frequency of HLA-DRB1 * 09 was significantly lower( P 〈 0.05 ) than that in control group. There were no significant differences in the rest of gene loci between experimental group and control group. Conclusion HLA DRB1 * 09 may be the inhibiting gene of gastric cancer.
