摘要
通用航空飞行服务体系可为通用航空提供全过程飞行服务保障,也是实施低空监视和管理的必要支撑。本文介绍了当前通用航空飞行服务体系国内外发展现状,分析了目前我国在通用航空服务方面的不足,提出了符合我国国情的基于组网运行的分层次通用航空飞行服务体系方案,可有效满足我国低空监视、管理和通航的飞行服务需要,同时也给出建立我国通用航空飞行服务体系的相关建议。
General aviation flight service system can provide flight service assurance ror general aviation. It can also support low altitude airspace＇s surveillance and management. This paper intro- duces the current development status of general aviation flight service system at home and abroad, analyzes the problems in the general aviation services of our country at present, and puts forward the scheme of flight service system based on hierarchical universal networking operation that conforms to our country national condition. The scheme can effectively meet the needs of China＇s low altitude air- space surveillance, management and general aviation flight service. At the same time the paper also gives some suggestions on establishing Chinese general aviation flight service system.
