摘要
为满足FAA适航条款要求,机载火焰抑制器作为"被动式"闪电防护装置,已广泛应用于国外各类飞机通气系统及汽化器蒸气排放系统中,用以防止雷电等外部火源对飞机燃油系统的侵袭。在国内,受限于适航认证工作及航空技术的相对落后,国产机载火焰抑制器的研制开发才列入日程。有鉴于此,本文从火焰传播与抑制机理、阻火单元结构与设计、标准与测试技术等方面系统地总结机载火焰抑制器的研究现状,并分析所存在的问题,提出未来的研究方向,以期能为国产机载火焰抑制器的研制开发提供有益的参考。
In order to meet the requirements of FAA airworthiness terms, onboard flame ar- rester, acting as a "passive" lightning protection device, has been widely used in various types of air- craft ventilation and vaporizer steam dump systems to prevent lightning and other external sources of ignition from invading aircraft fuel system. But in our country, as the airworthiness certification and aviation technology are lagging far behind, so the development of domestic onboard flame arrester has just been included into agenda. Hence, based on the mechanism of flame propagation and suppres- sion, structure design of the flame arrester unit, test standard and technical indexes, the current re- search status is systematically summarized. Furthermore, the existing problems are analyzed and the direction of the future research is suggested. The study offers beneficial reference and experience for the development of the domestic onboard flame arresters.
