氧化苦参碱对银屑病有丝分裂指数及炎症细胞计数的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究氧化苦参碱对重度斑块状银屑病患者有丝分裂指数及炎症细胞计数的影响。方法静脉滴注氧化苦参碱治疗重度斑块状银屑病8周,治疗前后观察全身皮损变化,并取患处皮损利用HE染色对比观察治疗前后皮肤组织病理学改变,计数皮损中有丝分裂细胞数及炎性细胞数,并与正常皮肤进行对比。结果氧化苦参碱治疗8周后,PASI评分较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),达PASI75的患者比例为40.54%,皮肤组织病理明显恢复,炎症细胞计数(P<0.05)、有丝分裂指数(P<0.05)均较治疗前明显降低,但仍高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论氧化苦参碱治疗重度斑块状银屑病,能显著改善患者的皮损,抑制银屑病患者表皮细胞的有丝分裂及角质形成细胞异常增殖,减轻炎性反应和改善微循环,使银屑病表皮过度增殖的病理状态趋于恢复正常。 Objective To explore the influence of oxymatrine to mitotic index and inflammatory cells of psoriasis. Methods The severe plaque psoriasis patients were treated by intravenous dripping oxymatrine for 8 weeks. The skin lesions were observed and taken biopsies before and after treatment. The pathological changes were observed by using HE staining,counted mitotic cells and inflammatory cells,then compared with normal skin. Results After 8 weeks treatment of oxymatrine,PASI(Psoriasis area and severity index) score decreased significantly compared to baseline(P〈0. 05),40. 54% patients reached to PASI75. Histopathological of skin recovered obviously,inflammatory cells counts(P〈0. 05) and mitotic index(P〈0. 05) were lower than those before treatment,but they were still higher than normal skin(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Oxymatrine could obviously improve the skin lesions of severe plaque psoriasis,inhibit mitosis and abnormal proliferation of keratinocyte,reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve microcirculation. It could prompt over- proliferation of psoriasis returned to normal.
