时代问题是观察国际问题的一个最高层次的战略判断。马克思主义的时代观为我们正确认识所处时代提供了重要理论依据。我们时代的主要内容仍然是从资本主义向社会主义的过渡。其基本特征,一是世界范围的由资本主义和前资本主义向社会主义的逐步过渡,二是社会主义和资本主义的长期并存和历史性竞争,三是资本主义殖民主义体系的彻底崩溃和民族解放运动的全面胜利。正确认识和深刻把握国情和世情,是马克思主义政党一切实践活动的出发点,具有重大的理论与实践意义。
The major issues of an era serve as the epitome of current international issues and strategies. The Marxist conception of the era serves as an important theoretical foundation of the proper understanding about the current world situation. According to the Marxist conception of the era, we are still in a historical transition from capitalism to socialism. Marxists ＇ predictions about some major facts during the transitional phase include a worldwide transition from capitalism and pre-capitalist society to socialist society, a long-term coexistence and competition between socialism and capitalism, the final collapse of the colonial system of capitalism and the victory of national liberation movements. As the starting point of the Marxist political party ＇s socialist practice, a proper evaluation of national conditions is of great theoretical and practical significance.
