摘要
结合洛阳分公司运行实践,论述了以隐患排查为主线的安全现状自评价体系的构建和运行。自评价体系对生产过程中存在的职业危险和有害因素进行辨识,可以预测生产过程中可能造成事故的危害程度;确认存在的事故隐患,提出降低或消除危险的有效方法,为企业实现安全生产提供可靠的保证。
Combining with the operation practice of Luoyang Company,this paper expounds the construction and operation of safety self-assessment system with potential accident inspection as the main task. Self-assessment system is to identify the occupation hazards and harmful factors existing in the process of production. It can predict the hazardous degree of the possible accidents,confirm the existing potential accident,present effective methods to reduce or eliminate hazards. These can provide reliable guarantee for enterprises to achieve safety in production.
