摘要
结合我省实际,对人力资源区域进行划分,共分为十八个区域进行研究。在各区域人力资源发展现状研究基础上,对影响各区域人力资本投入评价指标体系进行了构建,经过严密筛选,共评选出四个子系统,十二个二级评价指标,运用基于遗传算法的投影寻踪模型进行综合评价,根据最终的影值结果,对十八个样本排序,找出二级指标对最终结果的贡献率以及一级指标对结果的贡献率,对各区域人力资源投入水平评价之间的差异进行了总结。最后,针对研究结果,给出了我省各区域人力资本投资方面一些建议。
Based on the actual situation of Henan province,the human resources department is divided into eighteen divisions. On the basis of the study about the regional human resources development situation, evaluation index sys- tem on the impact of the regional human capital investment is constructed. Through strict screening, four subsystems and 12 second - level indexes were selected. By using projection pursuit model based on genetic algorithm for com- prehensive evaluation ,according to the value of the final results, a list of 18 samples are sorted ;the rate of contribu- tion by first and secondary indexes on the final result are found out;the regional human resource input differences between level evaluation are summarized. Finally, according to the results of the research,we give some suggestions on the investment of regional human capital in our province.
