摘要
目的分析尿液常规检查中出现影响检测准确性的常见问题与质量控制对策。方法回顾性分析2014-02～2014-06间我院检验科采集的6754份尿液样本及检测结果,对尿液常规检查结果的各种影响因素进行总结分析。结果本次研究共收集6754份尿液样本数据,不合格尿液样本96份（1.42%）。其中住院样本3089份,不合格27份（0.87%）;门诊样本2581份,不合格49份（1.90%）;体检中心样本1084份,不合格20份（1.85%）。3组样本的不合格率比较差异显著（χ2=12.182,P=0.002）,门诊样本不合格率、体检中心样本不合格率显著高于住院样本不合格率（χ2=11.159,P=0.001;χ2=6.793,P=0.009）,门诊样本不合格率与体检中心样本不合格率差异不显著（χ2=0.12,P=0.913）。6754份尿液样本不合格的主要原因为：样本污染（27.08%）、样本标记错误（25.00%）、样本量不足（16.67%）。结论尿常规检查作为临床常规检查,对于疾病诊断具有重要作用,应注重尿液样本采集过程中的质量控制,并根据检查对象特点有重点地采取控制措施。
Objective To analyze common problems and quality control measures affecting the detection accuracy in urine routine examination,in order to make the test results more accurate and better. Methods Retrospective analyzing 6754 urine specimens and test results in the Department of Laboratory in the hospital from February to June,2014. Summarizing and analyzing the various factors impacting theurine routine examination results. Results The study collected 6754 urine samples data,wherein the unqualified urine samples were 96（ 1. 42%）,wherein the inpatient unqualified samples were 27（ 0. 87%）,outpatient unqualified samples were 49（ 1. 90%）,unqualified samples in Physical Examination Center were 20（ 1. 85%）. There was significant difference among 3 samples（ χ2= 12. 182,P =0. 002）. Outpatient sample unqualified rate and physical examination center sample unqualified rate were significantly higher than that of inpatient sample（ χ2= 11. 159,P = 0. 001; χ2= 6. 793,P = 0. 009）. Outpatient sample unqualified rate and physical examination center sample unqualified rate difference was not significant χ2= 0. 12,P = 0. 913）. Main reasons of unqualified urine samples were sample contamination（ 27. 08%）,sample labeling errors（ 25. 00%）,and insufficient sample size（ 16. 67%）. Conclusion Routine examination of the urine as a clinical routine examination playing an important role in the diagnosis of disease,should pay attention to the quality control of urine sample collection process,and according to the key objects control measures should be adopted.
