摘要
目的:观察葡萄糖酸锌联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取小儿秋季腹泻病例89例,依据治疗措施不同分为对照组39例和观察组50例。对照组给予布拉氏酵母菌,观察组在对照组的基础上联合口服葡萄糖酸锌,治疗4周后观察比较两组的胃肠道症状评分及治疗总有效率。结果:观察组治疗后胃肠道症状评分明显优于对照组;观察组临床治疗总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组(79.5%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葡萄糖酸锌联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿秋季腹泻临床症状改善明显,预后恢复良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyse the curative effect of Zinc gluconate combined brady＇s yeast for the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea.Methods Select 89 cases children ,according to the different treatment measures,they were divided into the control group 39 cases and the observation group 50 cases.The control group given Brady＇s yeast,the observation group on the basis of the control grop combined oral Zinc gluconate,four weeks after treatment to observe the comparison of two groups of gastrointestinal symptoms score and tetal effectrve treatment.Resultsthe observation group of gastrointestinal symptom scores after treatment is better than the control group.The observation group.is significantly higher than the control group total effective rate and the differences were statisti-cally significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The Clinical symptoms of Zinc gluconate combined brady＇s yeast for the Treatment of infan-tile autumn diarrhea was improved obviously,it was worthy of clinic application.
