摘要
【目的】研究DPC(缩节胺)对不同棉花品种的生理生育特性影响,分析DPC对棉花叶片的光合作用及产量作用。【方法】比较DPC(缩节胺)处理与未处理的不同棉花品种的叶片叶绿素相对含量(spad)、潜在最大光合能力(Fv/Fm)、株高、始节、果枝数、果节数、单株成铃数、棉铃空间分布等生理生育特性的变化。【结论】DPC可以促使叶绿素合成,增加叶绿素含量和光全效能强;可以有效地降低果枝始节、始节高和株高,增加有效果台数、单株成铃和铃重,减少脱落,提高产量。
【Objective】Through DPC( mepiquat chloride) to research the effects of physiological growth characteristics of different cotton varietie and analyze and analyze DPC on enhancement of cotton leaf photosynthesis and the significance of increasing production【Method】Compare DPC( shrink festival amine) processing and processing of different cotton varieties of chlorophyll relative content( spad),potential maximum photosynthetic capacity( Fv/Fm),plant height,the beginning section,branch number,fruit number,the number of the bell,the bolls per space distribution characteristics of soil biological fertility.【Result】DPC could promote chlorophyll synthetic,increase the chlorophyll content and the whole light efficiency,effectively reduce the fruit first branch number,first branch height and plant height,increase effective sets,the bell and per boll weight,reduce loss and increase production.
