摘要 目的:探讨贵州省麻江县少数民族男性不育症的影响因素。方法:抽取贵州省麻江县3个村落的结婚1年以上未避孕的256对育龄夫妇进行问卷调查,统计男性不育症的发病率及影响因素。结果:256对育龄夫妇中,有46例男性不育家庭(17.97%),其中遗传因素(OR=2.906)、有机溶剂农药接触史(OR=3.333)及泌尿生殖道感染(OR=4.742)可能是导致该地区男性不育的主要因素。结论:贵州省麻江县少数民族男性不育是多种因素导致的结果,应重视改变不良生活习惯和行为方式,加强职业防护,积极治疗泌尿生殖道疾病。 Objective: To explore the influence factors of minority male infertility in Majiang county of Guizhou province. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 256 reproductive couples without contraception, more than one year of marriage, from 3 villages in Majiang county of Guizhou province. The incidence of male infertility and its influencing factors were observed. Results: There were 46 cases of male infertility in all the 256 couples. Genetic factors ( OR = 2. 906 ) , organic solvent pesticide exposure history (OR = 3. 333 ) and urinary tract infection (OR = 4. 742 ) may be the main factors leading to male infertility in this region. Conclusion: Male infertility in Majiang county of Guizhou province is the result of a variety of factors, attention should be paid to change bad habits and behavior, occupational protection should be strengthened, active treatment of urinary tract diseases should be conducted.
