摘要
从力学性能、相对分子质量分布、毛细管流变曲线、差示扫描量热法曲线及参数、熔体强度等方面分析了国产和进口高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中空容器专用树脂的性能差异。结果表明:进口树脂TR571具有较好的刚性和韧性,常、低温冲击强度分别达到56.0,35.2 kJ/m^2,相对分子质量较大;国产树脂2的相对分子质量分布指数与抗氧化性能优异,其中抗氧化诱导时间在210℃的条件下达到39.8 min,熔体强度也明显高于国产树脂1,同时具有良好的结晶性能。
The authors analyzed the differences between domestic and imported special high density polyethylene(HDPE) resin for hollow containers in basic mechanical properties,relative molecular mass distribution,capillary rheological curves,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) curves and parameters,melt strength,etc.The results show that the imported resin TR571 has good rigidity and toughness with high relative molecular mass,and its impact strength at room and low temperature reaches 56.0,35.2 kJ/m^2,respectively.The domestic resin No.2 has excellent relative molecular mass distribution and antioxidant properties.The oxygen induction time of No.2 reaches 39.8 min at 210 ℃ the melt strength of No.2 is much higher than that of the domestic resin No.1,and the former has good crystallization properties.
