摘要 采用毛细管流变仪研究了茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(m-LLDPE)和传统的线型低密度聚乙烯(ZN-LLDPE)及其共混物的流变性能。结果表明:将相对分子质量分布(Mw/Mn)较窄的m-LLDPE和Mw/Mn较宽的ZN-LLDPE共混,能够提高m-LLDPE的Mw/Mn,从而提高材料的加工性能,抑制挤出物产生鲨鱼皮现象,并且随着共混物中ZN-LLDPE用量的提高,共混物的加工性能和挤出物外观得到改善。在不同温度条件下进行流变实验发现,较高温度条件下共混物同样能够表现出良好的加工性能和挤出物外观。 The rheological properties were studied for metallocene linear low density polyethylene(m-LLDPE), conventional low density polyethylene(ZN-LLDPE)and their blends by a capillary rheometer. The results indicate that the relative molecular mass distribution(Mw/Mn)of m-LLDPE is increased by blending m-LLDPE having narrower Mw/Mnwith ZN-LLDPE having broader Mw/Mn. Consequently, the processing properties of the blends are enhanced while the sharkskin of the extrudates is inhibited. And the processability of the blends and the appearance of the extrudates are improved with the increase of the content of ZN-LLDPE. Moreover, it is found that the blends show excellent processing performance and extrudates appearance at higher temperatures according to rheological experiments at different temperatures.
