摘要
目的研究尤卓尔软膏治疗湿疹和神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年9月—2014年9月在我院治疗的湿疹和神经性皮炎患者共120例,其中湿疹患者60例,神经性皮炎患者60例。对照组:采用醋酸去炎松尿素软膏治疗;实验组:采用尤卓尔软膏治疗。经过治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效及症状改善情况。结果经治疗,实验组患者和对照组患者症状均有明显改善,并且实验组患者症状改善明显程度明显优于对照组,且实验组患者治疗疗效明显优于对照组。差异均显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论尤卓尔软膏治疗湿疹和神经性皮炎患者治疗有效率明显高于传统方法,患者症状得到明显缓解,并且无明显毒副作用,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of hydrocortisone butyrate cream in the treatment of eczema and neurodermatitis. Methods A total of 120 patients with eczema （n = 60） and neurodermatitis （n = 60） treated in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were randomized into two groups. Controls were treated with Triamcinoloneand Urea Cream while patients in the treatment group were offered hydrocortisone butyrate cream.The post-treatment clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the symptoms were markedly relieved in both groups.Especially, the curative effect in the treatment group was better controls. Differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hydrocortisone butyrate cream in the treatment of patients with eczema and neurodermatitis is markedly more effective compared with traditional methods. Patients＇ symptoms were markedly relieved, without toxic and side effects. It is worthy of clinical application due to its safety.
