摘要 目的:探讨喉鳞状细胞癌组织中Dermol与N-cadherin、 E-cadherin的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测Dermol与N-cadherin、 E-cadherin在48例喉鳞癌组织及30例癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,分析它们在不同组织中的相互关系及与喉鳞癌临床参数的关系。结果: Dermol、 N-cadherin及E-cadherin在喉鳞癌及癌旁组织中的阳性表达率比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);喉鳞状细胞癌中Dermol、 N-cadherin及E-cadherin的阳性表达率在有无淋巴结转移、临床分期组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在不同年龄间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);喉鳞状细胞Der-mol的阳性表达与N-cadherin的阳性表达呈正相关( r =0.390,P =0.016),与E-cadherin的表达成负相关。结论: Der-mol与N-cadherin、 E-cadherin在喉鳞状细胞癌发生、分化程度、浸润及转移过程中起重要作用, Dermol与N-cadherin、E-cadherin的协同作用可能影响喉鳞状细胞癌的转移。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression and clinical significances of Dermol, N-cadherin and E-cadherin in la-ryngeal squamous cell carcinoma ( LSCC) . METHODS: The expression of Dermol, N-cadherin and E-cadherin were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method in the tissue of 48 patients with LSCC and the tissue in 30 patients with tumor-adjacent normal. The relationship between three factors and clinical pathological features of LSCC was investigated. RESULTS: There were statistically significant in the differences of the positive rate of Dermol, N-cadherin and E-cadherin in LSCC and tumor-adjacent normal ( P〈0. 01); There were statistically significant in the positive expression rate of Dermol, N-cadherin and E-cadherin in lympha node metastasis, clinical stage in LSCC (P〈0. 01). There was no statistically significant difference between the different age groups (P>0. 05). The positive expression of Dermol was negatively related to that of E-cadherin ( r = -0. 344, P =0. 034). CONCLU-SION: Dermol, N-cadherin and E-cadherin play an important role in the occurrence, degree of differentiation, infiltration and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. The synergistic effect of Dermol, N -cadherin and E -cadherin may have some effects on the infiltration and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
