汽车电池用新型钒基固溶体合金的组织与性能研究

摘要 采用先球磨后烧结的两步法,进行了汽车电池用新型钒基固溶体合金V3Ti Ni0.56In0.2Zr0.1的制备,并进行了显微组织、物相组成、吸放氢性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明,该合金由大部分的V基固溶体相和少量Ti2Ni相、Ti Ni相组成;室温吸氢量高达1.654%,放氢平台压力为0.5MPa;与钒基固溶体合金V3Ti Ni0.56相比,合金的腐蚀电位正移514m V。 The new-type vanadium-based solid solution alloy of V3TiNi0.56In0.2Zr0.1 for vehicle battery was prepared by two-step method of sintering after balling, and the microstructure, phase composition, hydriding-dishydriding property and corrosion resistance of the alloy were tested. The results show that the new-type alloy is composed of majority vanadium-based solid solution phase and small content of Ti2Ni phase and TiNi phase. Besides, the hydriding quality reaches 1.654% and the press of dishydriding platform is 0.5 MPa. Furthermore, compared with the vanadium-based solid solution alloy of V3TiNi0.56, the corrosion potential of new-type alloy shifts to 514mV in positive direction.
