摘要
通过对负压辅助注胶技术的研究,提出了一种先将空洞部位空气抽走使内部空间处于负压状态,再进行胶液灌注的一种混凝土空洞修复施工方案,解决了胶凝材料密实充盈混凝土内部缺陷的难题,可有效提高结构的耐久性和安全性。通过具体工程实例,详细介绍了负压辅助注胶修复混凝土内部缺陷的施工技术及检测方法。
Based on the study of the technology of vacuum-assisted resin injection,a repair method for internal concrete defects by epoxy resin injection after vaccum pumping is proposed,which can successfully solve the difficulty of filling the voids inside concrete thoroughly so as to effectively enhance the durability and safety of structures. Taking a bridge engineering as practice,the authors introduce in detail the construction technology and detection method of the vacuum-assisted resin injection.
