摘要
选择库布齐沙漠东段固定沙丘、半流动沙丘和流动沙丘样地,应用空间代替时间的方法研究沙丘演替过程中土壤种子库物种组成、空间分布和数量变化特征,结果表明:沙丘土壤种子库共出现9科22种植物,以一年生草本植物为主,占56.3%~66.7%;不同演替阶段沙丘土壤种子库密度为固定沙丘>半流动沙丘>流动沙丘,0~20cm土层密度分别为2275.56±304.51粒/m2、2099.26±364.45粒/m2、1183.71±194.03粒/m2;土壤种子库密度随着土壤深度增加明显降低,主要集中在0~5cm土层,占全部种子库的68.6%~80.1%;不同演替阶段沙丘土壤种子库之间相似性低,相似系数变化范围为0.29~0.48,处于中等不相似水平;地上植被与土壤种子库之间的相似性较高,相似系数变化范围为0.65~0.70,处于中等相似水平.
Using the method of substituting space for time, the species composition and vertical distri- bution pattern in soil seed bank in the different succession stages (fixed dune, semi-mobile dune, mobile dune) were studied in the eastern Kubuqi desert. The results showed that there were 9 families, 22 species in the soil seed bank. Annual herb varied from 56.3% to 66.7%. The soil seed bank density of mobile dune was 1183.71±194.03seed/m^2 , semi-mobile dune was 2099.26±364.45seed/m^2 , and fixed dune was 2275.56±304.51seed/m^2. With the increase of soil depth, density of soil seed bank decreased obviously, mainly in 0~5cm soil layer, accounted for 68.6%~80. 1% of total soil seed bank. Similarity of soil seed bank in different succession stages were less, similarity coefficients ranged from 0.29~0.48, which were considered as having a moderate dissimilarity level. Similarity coefficients between aboveground vegetation and soil seed bank were more larger, similarity coefficients ranged from 0.65~0.70, showed a moderatesimilarity level.
