摘要
护理人员的心理授权对护士自身、组织、患者结局有促进作用,已得到了护理学者的广泛关注。本文将对心理授权的内涵、模型、测量方法、影响因素及作用效果进行综述,旨在为护理人员心理授权的进一步研究提供参考。
Nurses＇ psychological empowerment plays an important role on nurses themselves, organization and patient＇s outcomes. It has caused nursing scholars wide concern in recent years. In order to provide references for further research, this paper summarized the connotation, model, measurement, influencing factors, and effects of psychological empowerment.
