摘要
目的观察康复新液联合中药熏洗对高位复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法对符合高位复杂性肛瘘并行手术治疗的60例病人随机分为两组:治疗组(康复新液联合中药熏洗组)和观察组(中药熏洗组)各30例。观察两组患者术后创面的疼痛、渗液、肉芽组织生长情况以及创面愈合时间。结果治疗组与观察组创面疼痛、渗液情况在术后第7天无明显差异性,治疗组肉芽组织生长情况优于观察组,P<0.05;治疗组创面疼痛、渗液以及肉芽组织生长情况在术后第14天均明显优于观察组,P<0.05;治疗组创面愈合时间较观察组明显缩短。结论运用康复新液联合中药熏洗能有效缓解高位复杂性肛瘘术后创面疼痛、渗液等症状,促进肉芽组织生长,在术后创面愈合方面具有疗程短、痛苦小的优点。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxinye liquid combined with herbal fumigation and wash in treating high complicated anal fistula postoperative wound healing. Metheds 60 cases coformed the inclusion criteria to patients with high complexity anal fistula were randomly divided into treatment group（ Kangfuxinye combined with herbal fumigation and wash） of 30 cases and observation group（ herbal fumigation and wash） of 30 cases. The wound pain, drainage, granulation tissue and the healing time of the postoperatives were observed. Results The wound pain and drainage between the two groups have no obvious difference on the 7th day after the operation, but the granulation tissue of the treatment group was much better than that of the observation group, P〈0.05. On the14 th day after the operation, the wound pain, drainage, granulation tissue of the treatment group were all much better than those of the observation group, P〈0.05. The healing time of the postoperatives in the treatment group was shorter than that of the observation group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The Kangfuxinye liquid combined with herbal fumigation and wash is effective to alleviate wound pain and drainage after the operation of high complexity anal fistula. It also can promote the growth of granulation tissue. In terms of postoperative wound healing, short course and little pain are the advantages.
