摘要
中西医结合诊治慢性肾脏病是目前较为理想的方法,根据慢性肾脏病各个阶段的中西医病机特点,总结出慢性肾衰气血水毒论、慢性肾脏病之慢性肾炎综合征气虚血瘀论、慢性肾脏病之急性肾衰综合征虚毒论、慢性肾脏病之慢性肾衰综合征肾虚毒瘀论、蛋白尿治疗的清补涩化论,指导并贯穿运用于慢性肾脏临床各个阶段行之有效,与同道探讨。
It was a relatively ideal method of diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease （CKD） by integrated medicine at present. According to the stages of CKD pathogenesis characteristics of integrated medicine, we concluded a theory of Qixue Shuidu in chronic renal failure, a theory of qi deficiency with blood stasis in chronic nephritis syndrome, a theory of Xudu of acute renal failure syndrome in CKD, a theory of kidney deficiency and Duyu of chronic renal failure syndrome in CKD, and a theory of Qingbu Sehua for albuminuria therapy, which guided and applied to clinical stages of chronic kidney effective.
