摘要
通过对陕南汉中、安康、商洛三地农村自建房筹资方式、建筑结构、建筑位址、建筑成本,以及工程运行方式、材料运用等技术性因素的调研以及发展变迁和历程进行追踪调研,以获取农村自建房在各种技术环节上的变化,对于在农民自建房过程中出现的新矛盾、新问题,需要政府、社会、民众自觉等几个方面的合力以至于构建相应的创新机制来解决。
With the investigation on the financing method, the building structure, the building location, the construction costs, and the project operation mode of rural self-building houses in Hanzhong, Ankang, Shangluo of southern Shaanxi, the paper studies the technological factors such as the project operation and the materials used, and keep trace of the development and the process to find out technical changes in the construction of rural self-built houses. It comes to the conclusion that the existing problems and contradictions in the course of construction should be handled by a joint force of the government, the society, and people themselves, along with corresponding measures established.
