摘要
利用CFD软件对某板式换热器内流体流动进行了数值模拟,发现板式换热器流道数目和角孔低槽对板式换热器流体分配有很大的影响。模拟结果表明:在一定流速下,通道数目大于39以后,流动状况开始恶化,开始出现部分流道没有流体分配的状况;流道数目大于20以后,随着角孔低槽直径的增大,通道内流量分配状况也会发生急剧恶化。
Fluid flow in a plate heat exchanger was simulated by CFD software. It was found the number of plate heat exchanger channels and angle holes trough had a great influence on the fluid distribution plate heat exchangers. Simula- tion results showed that fluid flow began to deteriorate and part of the flow channel without fluid distribution condition after more than 39 flow condition under a certain flow rate appeared. With the increase of low angle hole groove diame- ter, distribution channel flow would occur worsen sharply.
