摘要
系统性硬化症（SSc）是以皮肤及多系统受累的、以纤维化为特征的自身免疫性疾病。国外报道高达90%的SSc患者存在间质性肺疾病（ILD）。钟冬梅等通过对176例SSc患者观察发现,89.2%患者有肺部病变,而32例局限性SSc患者仅有28.1%有肺部累及。彭敏等研究发现,高分辨CT（HRCT）显示76.5%的SSc患者存在间质性肺病（SSc-ILD）,其中38.5%无呼吸道症状;
