摘要
介绍了大型联合破碎-缩分制样机组的主要参数,从制样程序、煤种选择、煤样制备及化验等方面阐述了精密度试验的设计。精密度采用分阶段核验程序进行检验,偏倚采用留样与弃样的加权平均值为参比值进行计算,依据国家标准19494.3—2004,从离群值检验、差值的独立性检验、标准差的计算、试验对数检验等方面对联合制样机制备系统进行偏倚检验。偏倚检验实验结果表明,联合制样机制备系统的精密度符合国标要求,偏倚在设定B值为0.2时可接受为无偏倚系统。
Main parameters of large joint broken—reduction unit were introduced in this paper.The design of the precision test was analyzed from aspects such as sample preparation procedure,selection of coal type,coal sample preparation and testing.The accuracy test adopted grading testing programs,and bias was calculated by reference value of weighted mean of retention and abandon samples.According to the GB/T 19494.3 2004,the bias tests of combined sampling machine were completed through outlier test,difference independence test,the calculation of standard deviation and experimental log test.The experimental results showed that the precision of combined sampling machine system could meet the national standard requirements and system was accepted as unbiased system when B is 0.2.
