摘要
分析电子节气门系统的基本原理与结构,搭建实验平台。在对电子节气门非线性分析的基础上进行数学建模,根据数学模型在Matlab/Simulink平台中建立了系统的仿真模型,并设计硬件在环实验平台,进行阶跃响应与跟随响应的Simulink仿真和硬件在环实验。对比仿真结果与硬件在环实验结果总体一致,仿真与实验中的阶跃响应时间分别为147ms、177ms,且稳定时间均约为650ms,跟随响应效果与阶跃响应存在一致性。阶跃响应与跟随响应效果较好,满足实验台的设计要求。
The basic principles and structure of the electronic throttle system were descried. The mathematical modeling was built based on the electronic throttle nonlinear analysis, and the simulation model was established based on mathematical model in Matlab/Simulink platform. The hardware-inthe-loop test platform was designed, and the Simulink simulation and hardware-in-the-loop test of the step response and following response were conducted. The simulation results and experimental results of hardware-in-the-loop test are overall consistent, but the simulation and experimental step response time is 147ms and 177ms respectively, and the stable time are both approximately 650ms. The following response has consistency with the step response. The step response and following response are good to meet the design requirements.
