摘要
为了开拓传统中药艾的种质资源创新利用新途径和为艾品种形态学上的鉴定提供技术支持,采用ISSR分子标记技术,对22份南方的艾种质资源材料进行ISSR-PCR分析。结果表明:对22份艾品种材料进行ISSR-PCR扩增,共获得326个位点,其中303个是多态性位点。按照22份中药艾品种种质资源的遗传相似性系数构建UPGMA树状聚类图,在遗传相似性系数为0.615时分为5个大类群,遗传多样性较为丰富。
To explore new innovation and utilization path of germplasms resources of A. argyi, and provide technical support for its morphological identification, a ISSR-PCR analysis was conducted on 22 A. argyi samples from southern China. Results: 326 fragments were amplified from 22 varieties, of which 303 fragments were polymorphic. Conclusion: UPGMA were used to study the genetic diversity and cluster analysis of 22 varieties. The 22 varieties were divided into five main groups when the genetic similarity coefficient was 0. 615. The genetic diversity was very abundant.
