摘要
针对SMG系列球面磨床的磨削工况,分析了典型球面磨床的磨削力、磨削侧向分力和顶尖压紧力。运用ANSYS Workbench软件的Transient Structural瞬态动力学模块对球面磨床的磨削侧向分力和上顶尖压紧力进行动态模拟,验证了理论分析的正确性。文中的研究工作为机床的整体布局及后续零部件结构优化奠定了基础。
Based on grinding conditions of the SMG series spherical grinding machine, grinding force, grinding lateral component of forces and top pressing force of the typical spherical grinding machine were analyzed. Using the transient dynamics module of the ANSYS Workbench software, dynamic simulation was done for grinding lateral component of forces and top pressing force between the grinding head and the sphere. The correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified. It lays foundation for subsequent machine' s overall layout and parts structure optimization
