Synthesis of Unsymmetrical Heteroaryl Thioether by TBAFCatalyzed Aromatic Nucleophilic Substitution Reaction

摘要 四丁基氟化铵(TBAF)可催化苯硫基三甲基硅烷与氯代或溴代杂芳烃的芳环亲核取代(SNAr)反应得到非对称芳杂硫醚。该方法无需过渡金属催化剂,可使用廉价易得的氯代或溴代杂芳烃代替昂贵不易得的氟代杂芳烃,反应在中性条件下进行,官能团兼容性好,是一种较好的合成非对称杂芳硫醚方法。 Unsymmetrical heteroaryl thioether was synthesized from phenylthiotrimethylsilane and chloro- or bromo-heteroarene by tetrabutylammonium fluoride (TBAF) catalyzed aromatic nucleophilic substitution (SNAr) reaction. This method does not require transition metal catalysts, can use the relatively inexpensive chloro- or bromo-heteroarenes instead of the more expensive and less available fluoroheteroarenes, and the resction can be performed under milder conditions, so the method is a good method for synthesis of unsymmetrical heteroarvl thioethers.
