用非常规吊装设备整体提升“高、大、重”钢网架

Integral Lifting of Tall-Big-Heavy Steel Space Truss Structure by Using Unconventional Hoisting Equipment

摘要 中国商飞上海飞机设计研究院4号强度试验室网架工程,柱顶高、投影面积大、总质量重。通过采用18套(只)非常规吊装设备的人字架作为提升设备,安装在高27 m的柱顶,再利用起重量150 kN的电动葫芦,将质量达230 t的焊接球网架同步整体提升并安全就位于柱顶。结合工程实践,总结了人字架的加工制作、安装调试、整体提升等技术措施,可供类似工程参考。 The space truss structure project of No.4 strength test laboratory of China COMAC Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute has high column, large projected area and heavy total mass. Therefore, 18 irregular herringbone frame hoisting equipments were installed on the top of 27 m column. Then the 230 t welded spherical space truss was lifted integrally and synchronously to the top of the column by using the electric hoist of 150 kN lifting capacity. Combined with the engineering practice, this paper summarizes several technical measures including the manufacturing of herringbone frame, the installation and commissioning, as well as the integral lifting etc., which can provide references for similar projects.
