Determination of Nitrobenzenes in Water by GC and HPLC

摘要 分别用气相色谱法和液相色谱法测水中硝基苯类。气相色谱法用 ECD 检测器检测,方法检出限为:0.007~0.043μg/L;RSD 在1.4%~5.2%;加标回收率为:91.6%~95.5%;液相色谱法用DAD 检测,方法检出限为:0.09~0.63μg/L;RSD 在0.9%~4.6%;加标回收率为:92.4%~97.2%。气相色谱法根据保留时间定性,液相色谱法根据保留时间和光谱吸收联合定性。 Both GC and HPLC were applied to measure nitrobenzenes content in water.GC uses ECD detector.The lim-its of detection using GC ranged between 0.007 -0.043μg/L.The RSD were between 1.4% ~5.2%.The standard ad-dition recoveries were between 91.6% ~95.5%.HPLC uses DAD detector.The limits of detection were between be-tween 0.09 ~0.63μg/L.The RSD were between 0.9% ~0.9%.The standard recoveries were between 92.4% ~97.2%.The qualitative analysis of GC was based on the retention time.The qualitative analysis of HPLC combined the retention time and the spectral absorption.
