摘要
采用魔芋制作悬浮载体,将虫草菌接种于魔芋载体上,通过悬浮式固液结合法培养。以孔径、浮力、吸水性、柔韧性、成形效果5个方面为考察指标进行综合评定,采用正交优化试验筛选制作魔芋载体的最佳配方。结果表明,最佳载体配方为:魔芋2.0%、米粉2.5%、碳酸钠0.4%、碳酸氢钠0.2%。由此配方制作出的魔芋载体孔径细密、液体吸收力强、浮力好。
Amorphophalms konjac was used to make suspended carrier for cultivating Ophiocordyceps sinensis, and O. sinensis were cultivated with solid and liquid suspended medium. Using aperture, buoyancy, water absorption, flexibility, forming effect as evaluation index, the optimal A. konjac carrier formula was screened by orthogonal tests. The result showed that the optimal modified A. konjac carrier formula was A. konjac 2.0%, rice2.5%, sodium carbonate 0.4% and sodium bicarbonate 0.2%. The A. konjac carrier at the optimal formula condition was with fine aperture, strong liquor absorption ability and good buoyancy.
